I’m a Corporate Banking Associate at Santander, where I help manage relationships with Fortune 500 energy companies and support their day-to-day financing needs. At the associate level, that means being the person clients and internal teams can count on — organized, clear, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s detail-oriented work. At its core, though, it’s really about people.
That theme runs through everything I do.

Outside the office, I teach yoga — guiding students through breath, movement, and the kind of stillness that’s harder to find than it sounds. I’ve learned that the best leadership is quiet and steady, rooted in being fully present for whoever needs you. And then there’s coffee. What started as a morning ritual has become one of my favorite ways to slow down and connect. I love exploring new origins, experimenting with brew methods, and chasing the perfect cup — but more than the craft, coffee has always been my best excuse for a real face-to-face conversation. Relationship-driven in the office, on the mat, and over a good cup.
